DJ MIXERS

Vestax PMC05PRO III

$300 used or less
2 Channel mixer
Has aux sends for each channel, making adding effects easy.. I have this mixer and hook up my compressor this way
Solid design, I had mine since 2005 in a case, and never had a problem.
Classic hip hop mixer as well.

Vestax PMC-280 PRO

$300 used/ $500 new
4 channel mixer with effects
Has XLR outs, as well as 2 mic inputs
Its the current mixer I use, and is great for live gigs using NES's, or the DOS laptops.
Built really well, and the effects are pretty decent

I had a Pioneer DJM 600 before this one, and actually prefer the PMC280 over this in terms of price and value. Pioneers are very solid mixers, and gig workhorses but are more pricey. To get the Pioneer DJM mixer with awesome features, expect to pay $1000.

So yea wanna be a BALLER DJ9000?? (but still wanna pick up something used)

Pioneer DJM 800

$600-$800 USED
4 Channel mixer
On board effects
Solid design
"Industry Standard club mixer"

Budget banger mixers:

Numark X6

$160 NEW
2 Channel mixer with effects

Numark DXM06

$100 USED
2 Channel mixer with effects
Has sweet glowing effects on off button
I had one of these mixers a long while back. You can make due.

ok finally just watched.. and i dont care what anyone says.. chiptune fakebit cheater nes shannananinangas.. who cares because that track is awesome... sweet production all around, audio/video.... he's almost on that KOAN SOUND vibe.. similar bass styles.. that track is ok in my book and the mix is mint.

But remember, tracks like that aren't a cakewalk to make.....AND BELIEVE ME I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ALL THESE MEGA BIG PRODUCERS ARE DOING .....

havent listened to this track yet but i know of this other dudestep guy doing the video game thing and/or sampling games i dont know.. I havent listened to his tracks really.. and cant at work right now.. heh

You can never back up too much. I save all my .at2 and .it files to 5 or 6 different locations. You never know when stuff is gonna crash, die or fall apart.

this is sweet... you should get the 486DX4 chip.... I think the 486 is just too old for me, and stuff gets weird. ha. Im fine with P1 and it can run anything you desire from the 80s/early and mid 90s. easier to get parts/boards and whatnot for p1/p2/p3

I am fortunate enough to live in between NYC, BOSTON, and PHILLY. The chipmusic community has been most radical and only continues to elevate its level of raditude.

M.C. KIDS is jammin'

I would love to have entire musical direction/production for a porn film. And I am serious about that.

My first computer that entered our house was an APPLE IIe, in 1985 or so.

I had some great games such as Apple Cider Spider, Conan, Arcade Boot Camp

Also had sweet programs to make banners, posters and cards... aw yeah

oh and VOID VISION is analog synth master girl 9000... but does gameboy stuff too now.
