Check your work. It's an easy fix, but only if you're a pretty confident with scolding and your tools are in good order. Got a close up photo of the board post-op?

Soundcraft Notepad series mixers are great. High quality, aux send, built in fx on the biggest one. They just stopped making them, but a bunch of companies still sell them.

Still haven't gotten my 1/2 order, no.
Maybe just because of the holiday shipping frenzy? Should have made it through before that though, I thought.

I have a v2 that's been acting up since I installed it too. I haven't had a chance to really look into it, but I have confirmed that the board is the problem (not the headphone jack or gameboy).
Basically getting one ear only or nothing on the headphone jack until I plug the headphones in only halfway. Prosound works fine.

I've had card compatibility issues before. Thought I had a dead Powerpak for months before I tried a new card, works fine now.

My wife made me knitted, felted game boy copies with the Glowing Stars logo on them. I also have three awesome form-fit bags for the DMG that I got from someone in Europe. I'll take photos when I can, hopefully tonight...

In other words:
Say your best friend was assaulted by a person who kept saying the word TOYBOAT OVER AND OVER again while they committed the assault.
...
Would you still insist on using that word in front of them because you knew it doesnt actually mean anything bad...?
No, I would hire the assailant to do voiceovers, that's some serious skill!
