arfink's cart is going to be amazing and you should buy one when they appear, but if you want to make music now, google "NES Powerpak".

Well good. I was just thinking how badly Music Culture needed Atomization.

I'm getting really tired of the controller culture of electronic music. Everyone seems to think if they come up with a niftier device to make the same music, that they'll reinvent culture somehow.

We (The Glowing Stars) will be up there playing a Portland show tomorrow, a Seattle show Friday!

We'd also love to find something last minute for Portland on Saturday. Anybody want to throw a chip house party? big_smile

Thursday was nuts, we are definitely going back to the Arlene Francis center in the future. Fantastic sets by everyone. Especially exciting was hearing Spacetown Savior in the flesh for the first time - his stuff is fantastic live! More impromptu litewall visuals by yours truly, as well. smile

Tonight we hit Modesto with Teslow and We Danced Until We Saw The Sun - on top of some fantastic visual artists;

Okay now you've made it all complicated again.

Last night was... a little weird, but super fun. Crashfaster got a bunch of rappers to freestyle over one of his tracks, it was pretty badass.

Tonight! Spacetown Savior! Algo and the Rhythms! A-Rival! Crashfaster! The Glowing Stars!
99 Sixth Street, Santa Rosa, CA! All Ages! $9!

Oakland, CA Japan benefit show is tonight!

Wait, what? I'll sell you my CZ-1000 for $250, shipping and Amazon fees included. PM me.

This now has a website and an awesome bison-oriented design by minusbaby!

It's at http://monobomb.com

This last Thursday we played at Meltdown Comics in LA with Wizwars and Mr. Spastic - and it was awesome. Last second NES visuals by myself, haha. Thank you for a rad time, everyone!
We also played DJ sysop's Video Game Music Show on Friday, which was pretty crazy.

Wednesday we'll be Mario-at-a-raveing it in Oakland, CA at a mostly non-chip Japan benefit.
Then we're off to Santa Rosa to play a packed show with A_Rival, Algo and the Rhythms and Spacetown Savior on Thursday!
And of course on Saturday it's The Clouds Have Eyes in Modesto! https://8bc.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=24807

NES Vjing program that can actually WORKS with the NINTENDO LIGHTGUN!!

Lightgun only works when pointed at CRT screens. You could bring one around for monitoring and use it to point the lightgun at it, but most of the audience will miss how awesome it is, and you'd have to haul a CRT around.

I like this a lot, because I like you both a lot.
