i'd like a gameboy cartridge that could hold a gig.

i know neil had talked about being able to sync LSDJ and NTRQ up, so i think an awesome feature for a program like this would be the ability to sync LSDJ to it so that the animation moves in sync with the tempo of the LSDJ song. maybe it could be programmed to pulse on beats 2 and 4, that kind of thing. obviously this would require arduino hardware but i'm just thinking out loud.
also, it would be amazing if this thing had a couple basic animations, but you could load your own images into it, and maybe cycle through different sets of images. again, just thinking out loud!

i just got mine yesterday, it's pretty nuts.
there are three speed/pitch settings: normal, low, and middle. pressing the speed button will cycle through them.
if you have a C playing and then you hit the speed button, it drops down to a D. not an entire octave, just down a minor 7th. if you hit the speed button again, it goes up to an F#. hit it again and you return to C.
the only problem is that when you hit the button, there is an insane sound effect that plays. imagine a "slowing down" noise. WOOSH. very very lame.
also, if you use this with a gameboy camera plugged in to the super gameboy, it has a dramatic affect on the brightness of the picture. the slower it is, the brighter the picture, sort of. it's weird.
the speed setting is pretty awesome when you use it with gameboy games. i can finally beat mega man 2.
i can make a video if anyone is interested.

lsdj2nsf
an lsdj to ntrq converter app would be rad. obviously, all the effects and stuff wouldn't translate totally, but if it could just translate all of the actual notes, that'd be amazing.

just sayin, you might want to delete some of those spam comments from your myspace. by the time one shitty hip-hop demo stopped playing, another one had started, and i'd already lost interest in checking out anything at the top.
everything else sounds fresh, tho. what are your other dates?
honestly, i haven't been to my myspace page in so long, for the exact same reason. but you're right, i should delete them.
the tour is -
august 22nd - buffalo, ny
august 23rd - pittsburgh, pa
august 24th - washington, dc
august 25th - philadelphia, pa
august 26th - nyc
august 27th - (day off to go to the hudson valley women's regional arm wrestling league championship event)
august 28th - new paltz, ny
august 29th - rochester, ny
everything is booked except the philadelphia date. i thought it would be a good place to try since i've heard there's kind of scene for chip music there. i've played shows there with other bands of mine and could contact the people who've set those up pretty easily, but i'd rather try to play with other chip acts.
any suggestions?

my band is going on tour at the end of august and we're looking for a show in philadelphia on wednesday, auguest 25th. we can play at a venue or house.
we play electronic pop music with a chip influence about teenage romance in the future. you can download the demo's for our new album here - http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?e3moevtizlz
or you can preview some tracks at my myspace page here - http://www.myspace.com/nickmaynard
here's a video of us playing as a 9 piece (we'd only be taking 5 people on this tour, no live drums) - http://vimeo.com/7813181
anyways, i'd appreciate any help and i'd be able to return the favor if anyone wanted to play in rochester or buffalo, ny.
thanks!
