1)  CORRECTION: Osc mode doesn't care for the tuning nor assume anything for the length of the sample. It uses the sample data's length as a way to determine its pitch (assuming only it's a single cycle) and tunes it from there.

2. A single waveform cycle should be about FF in length at 441. Check out the MONORAVE compo for longer waveforms. Read more about the commands in the manual.
http://gorehole.org/lgptWiki/doku.php?i … ce_manual. You get better results with them with longer waveforms in my opinion.
3. Loop mode doesnt make any assumptions about the root pitch.

edit: Everything else I thought i knew was a lie.

You can also get a wav sample of a test tone and use it as a tuning reference in piggy:

Just make the tone you want for your root note put it in one channel, and then adjust the instruments root note until it sounds right in another.

Right but you need a daw to do that.

is that your tour vehicle?

Its not a seqeuncer or a way to automate anything, it just exposes the settings of the synth in a way to edit them visually as opposed to digging through menus.

The sammichsid sounds great, but is a real pain to program without a gui editor.

You can use the audio output on the bottom of the dingoo too, you just need a little plug on the side to mute the audio or just disconnect the speakers.

actually lsdj sync mode and midi sync mode has a slight delay difference. Thats because lsdj sync contains a few extra bits of sync information before the timing information comes down. Maybe that is what you are seeing?
