Looks like a really fun project!

Keep up the work Danimal.

Could always make a series of 'new' chains of the song that is totally rewritten or has some samples in it, that you use when playing live?

(That's what I do when I want to edit some of my pre-existing tracks)

Is the dingoo really good with LGPT?

GP2X as far as I have read about it is good because of the option using midi if you make an adaptor.

Is dingoo worth a purchase?

Hey Chip folk,

I'm UK based and have a GBA SP (Silver) and a nanoloop 2.3 Cartridge for trade.

I hardly use nanoloop 2.3 but have made some 'heavy' sounds out of it example:

I'm interested in using LGPT and if anyone is parting with a console that is running LGPT I'll be up for trade.

I will provide pictures if their is any interest on this (Digital camera screen is cracked so would have to use mobile phone photos). Any questions feel free to ask.

Thanks

Getting reviewed has't been too difficult in my opinion but that's perhaps where I live their is very limited exposure on this type of technique producing music on video-game hardware,  but gigging certainly opened up more opportunities for me.

Album reviews on the other-hand I have no clue about since I haven't officially released one yet. The only places where I have seen chipmusic reviews have been on TCTD or netlabels advertising the album with a short blurb which generally is generic and doesn't truly tell you much about the album.

Perhaps exposing yourself more by emailing/contacting netlabels or students that are into journalism may prove favourable as it adds to their portfolio and gives you exposure to more potential reviews. Sending your tracks to radio channels might release some exposure as well even if it's local radio it's tuning in more potential listeners.

On a side-note your pixels are amazing.

YOU KNOWS IT BRO!

Final bump for any more artists interested.

Buy a sega megadrive scart cable instead.

or

Perhaps it's the pins are not making contact with the cartridge properly e.g. Grime.

I can happily say this event seems to be in the clear.

Still looking for more artists, send me a message and I'll get in contact with you shortly.

To all of the other artists that have applied Emails will be sent when the Venue arrangements have been made with the owner.

Awesome, just bumping this thread for more awareness. Will get into contact with artists once venue has been arranged. Thanks!

Yep would would be on a weekend.
