I haven't been able to get into Espernet for the last two days or so, on multiple computers on multiple IPs.

Can anyone else confirm that it's down?

Apparently FT2 and Milky handle vibrato way differently. Other than that it merely comes down to what you're comfortable with/learned first.

Also, FT2 has nibbles smile

Also, it was announced today that Nujabes died.

Rest in peace, you were a tremendous inspiration and I have many fond memories listening to your music.

Sorry to thread hijack for the second time.

Soldering iron+TLC=fixed. Probably.

Sounds like as good of an excuse to learn how to solder and mess around with PCBs as I'll ever get. I'll report back with the results when I've either fixed it or MEGA destroyed it.

I buried it in a box in the backyard after a short but powerful, cinematic, and at times extremely poignant funeral. Time to exhume.

Oh man, today must be a day for data loss. Having gone through 4 flash drive failures/breakages/losses not counting this one and 2 HDD failures I feel your pain.

RIP NOODLES, you hold every XM, sample, and line of code I've ever created within your lifeless corpse.

Not to mention my huge collection of Bachelor Frogs, Depression Dogs, and Courage Wolves.

ATTENTION NETLABELS: FIX YOUR ID3 TAGS

Sorry if I seem a bit bitter, I just wasted quite a large portion of this morning hand-numbering and labeling songs.

I just listened to this for the first time last night while driving on the highway. It set the mood perfectly. Excellent release, although the syncopation of Whitetail caught me off guard at first after being pulled so deep into the rhythm of the first track.

I live in Portland, Oregon. It's basically utopian.

I played trumpet in late elementary school/middle school, around that time I started writing a lot of bizarre general midi music that i sadly lost. I will never write music that pure and inspired ever again... it was written by someone with no knowledge of music theory and no solid musical background. High school came and I bought a guitar, put the trumpet away, and played in my room and never got any better. Sophomore year I played bass/did vocals in a metalcore band that sucked and went nowhere, and junior year was occupied by bass and vocal duties in a black metal band that generated a lot of interest and had tons of potential, but went nowhere due to the other members being lazy/traditionalistic and our lack of a drummer. Then I made a fucking godawful techno album in FL Studio that I was super proud of at the time, was introduced to trackers by a friend named Hooblah, wrote a chip EP and thought I was the first person to ever do it, was introduced to this group of people, and the rest is history.

Cool story bro.
