DONT LOCK IT

im in sweden and its been raining pretty off and on the past 2 days. im out in the country and there were these toolbags who seemingly burnt their house down and then were chopping down a real pretty huge tree...in the rain. they didnt cut it at any sort of an angle and it was raining and windy, my girl and i were on a walk and i stopped and said hey lets see what these dudes end up doing here, standing far enough away...luckily it didnt fall on anybody/thing.

you can order a copy of the temp sound solutions 'pain based lifeform' 7" from me, which has one chip track on it. its got guitars in it though so it might not be totally up your alley.

as far as i know, this was one of the first chip vinyl's made, if not the first. if you're interested, send me a pm.

it doesnt work as a business model, of course..not anymore. but i would think music thats as good as what aaron makes would do better with cd sales because he kind of works within many different genres. of course its not for everybody but i mean hey, everybody likes to eat food.

definately pick up the cd if you dig it too, i know aaron spent a long time making the art alone. theres probably not too many of the 3" cd's yet and that shit KICKS, great for excersizing.

maybe i can get my girlfriend to order it for me, im about to be in sweden for a few months. do you think theres a chance of this selling out or what? i just want to be really sure i get one because i lit my guitar on fire and its in there and its fuckin funny as hell to me. do you guys still have any extra footage of that? im thinking about getting together a tss retrospective dvd to release when now youre playing with powar 10 comes out and we've got a lot of footage of the whole band, but not much of me playing by myself.

just saying, you guys should order this because aaron put a hell of a lot of time into it and he's just about ready to give up on this whole thing, and in a lot of the same ways i am. i cant say i blame him after the shit we've been through with our time in making music.

sometimes there are unsung artists who reach their prime before their time, or before time is really ready to accept them. they're appreciated by and large, but its a much more dynamic kind of appreciation that makes it difficult to approach true innovation on the long term. along with the rigors of life, a lack of interest kills people's ambition and drive and desire to continue in making their art, and i feel in a lot of ways that is the same for both of us.

if i had to pick one of us to not have those feelings, i would pick aaron every time, because dudes like him who truly toil away their time at getting their work out of their mind and simply down for themselves and other people to enjoy, well that is the true timeless shit from people that doesnt come along every day. people that handmake cd's and music like this, you dont find that very often.
