Is this still going on?

When are you gonna get some more arduinoboy kits in stock?

If anyone intends to organize one again this year, I'll definitely submit a song this time around.
I was going to last year but ended up being too busy with family-related issues and work.
Also gonna go ahead and vote that like last year's, we stick it up on bandcamp with a pay-what-you-want pricetag, and donate all proceeds to Toys-for-Tots or Child's Play.

You don't need a Japanese system to play Japanese DS games. DS games are region free. The 3DS is region-locked, but that only applies to 3DS gamecarts and downloads.

1. I don't know how to print 'em, I've wondered the same thing myself. I'd try to put together a template for it but I'd need a ton of extra sheets of them to experiment with. You can draw them yourself, though.
2. Sure.
3. Just pull the old one off. Most old DMGs I've come across have pretty loose ones that you can pull up fairly easily by prying one of the corners up with an x-acto knife. Otherwise, open up the DMG shell and push it off from the inside. Then clean off any of the old glue that's left on the shell with some Goo Gone (NOT Goof Off. That stuff will eat the plastic.), or scrape it off with a putty knife/x-acto knife, depending on how dried up it is.

I'm going to sample the entirety of the song "Primadonna" by Marina and the Diamonds for one of my songs and no one's gonna stop me.

I haven't yet.
I used to have an omnichord a few years back, got rid of it when I needed the money, but I miss it a lot.
I've been watching them on eBay for the past couple of months.
soon...

I haven't ordered straight from their site before, but I've ordered from them on eBay and their service has always been great.
Just got a CGB battery cover, SP shell, and some DMG battery covers from them a couple weeks ago, actually.

Some of my best ideas come to me while I'm bored out of my mind at work.
Back when I was doing graphic design, I kept a little notebook with me at all times so I could write down anything I thought of for later, whether it be a neat little melody, a chord progression, or something that might make a cool-sounding instrument in lsdj.
8-12 hours later I'd come home and not be able to decipher anything I wrote down, but sometimes I'd end up with even better/crazier sounding stuff after spending a while trying to interpret it as best I could. And having a notebook full of mysterious scribbles/hieroglyphics/numbers/cryptic notes is pretty cool.
Now I work in a Yoplait factory, and we have to work at a constant pace, so I can't really stop to write something down if I ever need to.
It kinda sucks.

Is there a certain way they need to be done for the laser to read them?

I'd assume you'd need to create the design as a vector file.

I was just wondering about Je Mappelle earlier today, actually.

EDIT: Also, xCriticalStrikex.
And a few months back some kid who was like 16 or something posted about his bandcamp in the releases section and he had a ton of crazy awesome lsdj stuff on there, and everyone was amazed, and I forgot to bookmark it for later. After some computer trouble I lost my internet history (well, I lost everything on my computer, really), and I can't find the guy at all any more.
His bandcamp avatar or one of his album covers was like, blue with white triangles, and the rest of his album covers were all similar bright colored backgrounds with random white shapes. Anybody know who I'm talking about?

I was taught  to make music by We Were Once Robots

I ripped her videos from her youtube channel before she deleted them.
Everyone kept asking me to reup them and I never got around to it.
I should do that.

Why am I only just now hearing about this? Dang.
If I could find somewhere cheap to stay I'd totally find a way to get off work so I could come up from TN. Sounds amazing.
I have a long-ish list of favorite chip artists I'd like to one day see live and all but two of them are going to be playing.

More like R.I.P. the hopes and dreams of all the people who were waiting on shipment of the orders they placed with him a year and a half ago.
