damn plainflavored, ive seen you give out at least 3 solid, insightful pieces of advice this week. are you going guru on us?

collect dust
This is what most of your music should do. Even when you're the best.

It's been stated before, your aspirations are 100% backwards. I don't want to sound like a jerk or a hypocrite, but your music... isn't good. Granted, it's not nearly as bad as mine was when I was starting out, but still, you have no real quality "product" to "market". Sure, it's nice to have a release out, but it can wait for a day when you're really ready. You aren't ready.

There are a lot of people I know, many of them here, that suffer from depression. Some of them pretty seriously. Seems like you're doing the right thing by dealing with it and being up-front about it.
Also, from personal experience, you'd be really surprised at how much your life can change if you simply start eating regularly and correctly, going to bed before midnight and waking up before noon, drinking water, and getting a little exercise every day. Meditating helps a lot, as well as reading and writing and drawing, not just music.

Fuck being famous.
mml?
is he techno?
I'll just assume you're not trolling and give you a straight response, because you're such a cutie.
1. MML is Music Markup Language, which is a really loose standard for basically writing music in code. There are compilers for all sorts of different archaic home computers and consoles. Basically, CODE TO BLEEP BLOP.
2. No, Tony Thai is not techno.

Also I wanted to make a second point, in an effort to clarify some of the more bitter sentiments in this thread. When you're just starting out in any craft, be it music in general, a new kind of music, or even a new tracker, you suck. Know that you suck. Spend a long time practicing, and maybe show your stuff to someone nearby if they're interested, but don't throw everything you make out onto the internet. Be patient, and you will thank yourself later on.
The best thing that ever happened to me as a musician was when I submitted a demo to a certain netlabel, and they sent me back a message that essentially broke down why everything I did was garbage. It motivated me to try harder, and it really opened my eyes to the fact that maybe 20% of what anyone writes is worth keeping.

by releases you mean, when i post a song?
No.
More like, when you write music for several years, decide you're going to work on something concrete, spend a long time working on an album, sleep on it, send it to people who will tear it apart even if it makes you feel bad about yourself, revise, rinse, repeat. Then you have an EP or album.
Why am I giving this advice? I suck.

this one's the least important
i would say as long as you don't discriminate between "good" and "bad" ways to spread your music you should do fine
if you're into compromise
Right, I also forgot getting Nordloef to do your cover artwork.
