bandcamp refuses to play for me, but I'm downloading because Downstate posted on facebook and I trust his opinion.

Perhaps you should just wait until there is something in the world of some importance to you and then name yourself after it in some manner. I realise that's not a very popular method but that way you wouldn't have to ask

your name is Zan-Zan-Zawa-Butt. I would love to know the importance in that haha

Just scroll through itunes and look at all the song titles find some cool ones and make variations, or just wait for the great moment of clarity when the perfect name just hits you. It'll probably happen in the shower, so maybe just take long showers or lots of them.

I'm sorry; what was that about an awesome (and kinda strange) Chip music video?

gnar jar binks is hilarious, but you would regret the name after like 2 weeks

There's some notes that fall outside of the chord structures they're played behind in some of the tracks that just kept bugging me, though.

haha it's because I still kind of have no grasp on chords and keys and scales and shit haha, I'm still learning.

thanks for all the input dudes!

Bumping this because:

1. I made it look pretty with image and hyperlinks.
2. I haven't really gotten any feedback at all.
3. Now that I'm less n00b maybe some people will check it out.

Oh wow, an official Cutman release eh?

yeah I haven't talked to him about it for a while because I've been waiting for all the submissions, but it'll be released through his label GameChops.

update: since some of you guys are busy and stuff, I'm extending deadline til the end of July and asking some more well-known people to possibly contribute tracks if they can work semi-fast, just to make this long wait more worth it.

edit: Superpowerless is doing one.

haha well the 15th is all good if you can finish by then, but it's looking like some other people are slacking who I've gotten responses from, I'm basically gonna wait til the people I've talked to submit which will leave it around 12 tracks, and I hope some others who haven't responded still submit.

@People who haven't responded: submit yo shit

Great on paper, questionable in execution.

Haha well I would prefer someone figures out something regular either in Wisconsin or Illinois. my town is pretty much dead center of Milwaukee and Chicago, about 40-50 minutes in opposite directions along the same highway.

haha its fine, I'll just extend the deadline more i guess. it'd be swell if everyone picked up the pace a bit though, because I have to get everything together and ready before I send to DJ Cutman who will then determine the release date.

aww mines not on it sad

I'm from the suburbs (Mundelein). I am currently overseas, but you guys should get on setting something regular up so when I come home I can throw my money at all of you and maybe play eventually when I stop being strictly a laptop musician. If nothing happens by next year when I'm home, fuck it we can have shows at my house and I'll give you all beer.
