they are all gone!

all but the last one sold in the first 7 minutes.

6 minutes, 47 seconds to be precise.

the other half of the batch goes online at 3:00 in the morning (est)

see you then!!!  tongue

think that was me... I was ordering pizza and ordering the cart with mobile internet off an old samsung phone in a sketchy car park..... I was actually impressed I got one cus it kept dropping out..

I didn't sad curse my timezone/sleep pattern!

I think a quite few people do this, especially those who are just more interested in adding chip sounds to other instruments.. speaking from experience I use a GBA and NES with a MeeBlip... zomg its not truuu chiptunes, but sod it, I like it.

i use Genome Midi Sequencer for the iPad as a controller for my whole setup. It might not be for everyone, but I loves it I does.

Its still loads of money. But if someone said to me : heres enough money to buy an Oto Biscuit, you can buy one, or buy a new computer.. I'd probably get a Biscuit. Its a beautiful thing. I heart bitcrushing.

The synth stuff just adds another layer of awesome to be honest, though really it seems to be more of an afterthought to the rest of the features.

Yeah its tonight, but I only had it properly confirmed yesterday. Boo.

Anyway I'm supporting the non-Chip act Mr Fogg with my very chippy post-rocky-pop delights as Alone.
its £4 on the door at 10 Feet Tall in Cardiff, doors are 7:30, I'm on at 9ish..
I would say it would be a shelter from the pouring rain, but the weather has suddenly kicked into summer mode.

xx

Interested!

Yeah, I just soldered the Leds directly to the shield and grounded them at the right place. as Trash 80 says I'm all for a dedicated shield. Makes life easier at the end of the day.

I saw that awhile back actually. I wasn't sure how it would work as the description doesn't go into great detail.
But you could just solder up a link cable to it right?

Totally. I used exactly that shield to build my Ardunioboy. So easy. Just get the link cable in place, flash the Ardunio and fix the LEDs.

My wife videoed me the other night, but the camera went weird towards the end. MPC, NES and GBA jam

Yeah I got a 500 too.. super useful as a little sampler.. I pretty much use it to bash out little spoken word bits then sequence the other samples with a separate sequencer.

Howdy, while not a full on chip event, I, as Alone, will be bringing my NES and GBAs to 10 Feet Tall in Cardiff. I'm bringing my box of old tricks in new clothes supporting Citizens! and Jauge. Doors are at 9pm

I promise bleeps, bloops, guitar loops and a few songs about the end of the world.

Here is a short doc I made of me taking my noises from the studio to the stage (which was the other week!)

Guitar plus GBA + NES + stuff.
