Go to Pepe Rosso on Sullivan St just below Houston. That was my jam when I used to work down the street. Run by Italians making delicious food and being loud. There are only like 3 tables in the place but it's perfect. Get out of Soho and get a belgian beer at Burp Castle on East 7th st between 2nd and 3rd avenue (pricey) or go do the touristy thing and get a drink at McSorely's on the same block (not pricey). I could go on forever but most everything I would suggest would be in Brooklyn... like Barcade; 22 taps and 80s arcade games (should be perfect on a Monday).

Oh yea, this show was fucking amazing. Chipzel destroyed, then skp destroyed what was left. I picked up the pieces and destroyed my gameboy (trufax, luckily the cart only suffered cosmetic damage). Seriously though this was my favorite show I have played to date hands down. Thanks to the Gamepak crew for putting me on this. The crowd and atmosphere were to die for. Anyone have video?

MALORIX
Op jonge leeftijd leerde de Nederlander Malorix zichzelf zichzelf drummen door mee te spelen met platen van Elvis, ontdekte Aphex twin, en kocht ooit een didgeridoo in Australie omdat hij tijdens een reis muziek maken miste. Wereld muziek + electro + IDM + dikke grooves = Malorix!

Bleepbleepbleeeeeeep! Helemaal uit New York, jazeker! Geweldige dansbare melodietjes, puur vanuit de Gameboy. Extatische earcandy voor de echte Gameboy puristen.

I'm arriving in the Netherlands on April 14th and not sure what I'm doing from there. I'll be traveling east after a couple of weeks (maybe a month in NL. If there are any shows happening between then and July that I could hop onto that would be stellar (I'll even fly to the UK or Sweden). If not then lets just hang out.
