Very much so, and since S command only works in Pu1 and not in Pu2 and it's choppier I think I've only ever used it for the noise channel, it's good for glitchiness, but not much else as far as I can tell.

sweep kicks?

can we please not start talking about "what is nintendocore" again guys

actually this, sorry guys , dont derail this dudes thread or anything . i got the answer i was looking for.

can someone give me a clear description of just what the fack nintendocore is. for years i thought it was a joke word to describe punk music with chip sprinkled on top but lately it seems this a real thing. is it just punk/hardcore inspired chip or does there have to be traditional rock instruments?

well def clean the lens but from what i understand the connection between your genny and megadrive can cause a lot of problems too sometimes. also make sure you can hear the disc spin. if not you'll need to do some ts but its usually not too bad. google that shit son.

edit:  your sega cd, not megadrive, yeah oops

along time ago i read a thread were someone explained making snares with two channels using something like a c5-6 on your pu with a vibrato between  f9-fd and killing it short, and then adding your favorite noise snare on top of it (it was probably explained better). i do it religiously but programing around it in one of your channels is the downside. but honestly on noise snares i start somewhere on a shape like f9 or fa and start fiddling with sweeps in the table untill i hear something i like. cant say thats the right way to do it though.

so i saw you post in another thread about trading a modded gameboy for a powerpak. i have a barely used powerpak with a 4 gb card that i would love to trade ( i thought i wanted to get into pulsar but it just doesnt get used). im looking to get something with a pitch control and backlight, just pm me if you think its worth a go.

edit: assuming you saw this and passed. removing offer. your stuff looks good though smile

i dont think you have to do anything to your pocket. but building one isnt as scary as some people make it out to be. im useless when it comes to that kinda stuff and i was able to get mine working. im sure someone here would send you out one though.

first just let me say im about this. for reals. the only thing  i noticed was that in the middle when your hihat sounds came in you cut off your noise snare which i wasnt digging. unless im wrong i think it could be fixed by giving it space to breath by taking out the hi hats that are right after. ( i hope that makes sense). but other than that i was down. even played it in my car real quick to get a feel for the bass. not bad.
