mate fear not. i killed two so far. i dont know why because ive built lotsof other pedals and arduinoboy fine. but yeah i did what you did.twice. didnt get the 2 layers off and fucked something up with the ribbon cable trying to scrap it off. im re-trying tonight. this time im hoping third time lucky. the first one i had it working fine, there was the tiniest speck of dust behind the screen.on re opening i touched up a bit of soldering left something making a connection somehow, went for a piss, came back and the top left of the screen was on fire haha needless to say that didnt work again. bollocks !

Re: What do I need for LSDJ live shows? (48 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
you really just need lsdj and a gameboy. the show will be good only if your set is decent. ive seen a show with the first dude had his painted up modded gameboys, kaoss pad, nice mixer....but the music was amateur 'my first chiptune unce' crap and it was a rubbish show. he spent way more time making his shit loke dope as opposed to sounding dope ...... the next guy had a fucked gameboy with the batteries held in by tape and a miners light on his head with elastic so he could see. his tunes were as raw as his set up and the show was wicked.

any thoughts on the megadrive 3. looks odd i'd never seen that before. seems to be the easiest to find online in china. lots of md2's but alas no md1's with that high def sticker though. also one other thing.....will the cart for the midi interface get on alright with a japanese megadrive ?
